The Mustang golfers are back again with a great season! The team placed 2nd in conference with varsity having 2 losses and JV having 1. Overall, the team had a great season with the varsity squad having a final record of 13-2 and the JV having a record of 14-1.

Some key players this season were returning seniors Marty “the party” Bennett, Miguel “the magical” Madrigal, and Joe “Joey V” Vojacek. Along with the seniors were juniors Michael “likes to ride his bikael” Schulte, Handsome Joe Ostry, and CJ “nobody can compare” Kompare.

The team started off their season with a big win against Oak Forest HIgh School, who have been overtaking the mustangs for the last few years. Marty Bennett won conference by shooting an 81. Michael Schulte advanced to the sectional tournament for the 2nd straight year by shooting an 85. Great job mustangs!!
